Things to Know Before Making Soft-Boiled Eggs

1. Why does the doneness and saltiness of each soft-boiled egg vary?

Answer: Sweetie, the weight range for eggs is 55g to 60g. The variation in weight leads to differences in individual cooking levels, so the doneness will vary somewhat.

2. What kind of packaging? How should it be stored?

Answer: Each egg is vacuum-packed and can be stored in the refrigerator at 1–8°C for up to 30 days. We recommend consuming them as soon as possible. All shipments are packaged with protective measures.

Damaged packaging: outer packaging + pearl cotton + foam box + ice packs (to keep the product at a low temperature). JD Express—please contact customer service to check the logistics tracking number.

3. Does the presence of an air chamber in an egg mean it’s not fresh?

Sweetie, the presence of air pockets doesn't mean the egg isn't fresh—rather, during the heating process, the egg liquid expands when heated, and the gases inside the egg can't escape, thus creating these air pockets.

The raw egg white has a slight indentation, which does not affect its edibility.

4. Consumption amounts for different population groups

●Infants: Contains salt; not recommended for infants under 2 years old.

Children and adolescents: During their peak periods of growth, development, and brain function, consume 1–2 eggs per day.

● Adults and middle-aged/elderly individuals: 1 tablet daily;

For people with the “three highs”: it’s recommended to consume no more than 2 eggs per day.

5. Regarding returns and exchanges

Answer: Due to the special nature of egg products, once soft-boiled eggs have been sold, we do not offer 7-day no-questions-asked returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. If the eggs are broken...
